what to do if your bank isn’t listed
No problem. Just because your bank doesn’t qualify for our e-billpay switch doesn’t mean you can’t get all set up! It will be a bit more manual but we’ll do our best to make it simple. Here’s what to do:
- Make sure you’ve set up umpqua.online banking and billpay.
- Log in to your umpqua.online banking
- Open a new browser window and log in to your old bank’s online banking.
- With both browser windows side-by-side, enter payees and scheduled payments from your previous bank’s online banking system into Umpqua’s.
Need help? Stop by your neighborhood Umpqua store or give us a call at toll-free 1-866-4UMPQUA (1-866-486-7782).
