We Heart Contest Guidelines:

• Participation is limited to legal residents of the State of Washington who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of Umpqua Bank and its related entities, and their families, are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase necessary to participate.
• Participation instructions are available at: umpquabank.com/weheart.
• Contest voting will commence at 9 a.m. Pacific standard time ("PST") on October 13, 2011, and end at 5 p.m. PST on December 15, 2011.
• Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Contest winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes incurred in connection with contest.
• Umpqua Bank reserves the right to cancel contest at any time. All decisions regarding contest rules, administration, and winners shall be made by Umpqua Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. Umpqua Bank further reserves the right to adjust voting results if, in its sole and absolute discretion, any participant engages in excessive, fraudulent, or duplicative voting or if any other circumstances affect the integrity or fairness of the contest.
• By casting votes in the contest, participants release and hold harmless Umpqua Bank and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest.
• Umpqua Bank will award a single cash prize of no more than $1,500.00 to the business that receives the most votes in each eligible neighborhood. A business is eligible to win only one cash prize, even if it has locations in more than one eligible neighborhood.
• To be eligible to win, a participating business must have at least one operating business located within at least one eligible neighborhood. Winners will be notified no later than January 16, 2012. Prize must be claimed by 5 p.m. PST on January 23, 2012, by either picking up the prize at a designated Umpqua Bank location or instructing Umpqua Bank to mail the prize to a designated address. In the event the winner fails to claim its prize within seven days of notification, Umpqua Bank reserves the right to select another winner. To receive its prize, a winning business must provide a Form W-9 to Umpqua Bank certifying the winning business's taxpayer identification number.
• In addition to the above prizes, Umpqua Bank will make $10,000.00 grants to community nonprofit projects in each of the three eligible neighborhoods with the most votes cast in the contest.
• Eligible neighborhoods are limited to Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Eastlake, Magnolia, Capitol Hill, West Seattle, Queen Anne, Roosevelt, Phinney Ridge and Bellevue. Maps for these neighborhoods can be found at seattle.wa.us.
