Laura Levine

Experience matters. When it comes to real estate finance, multi-phase development and CRA lending, it helps if the person leading the charge has overseen loan programs for decades. Laura Levine has been helping serve individuals, real estate investors and major employers in the greater Bay Area for the past 20 years. Her work overseeing loan programs and consulting with over 12 cities and counties in the region has resulted in numerous awards including: 2018 Chairman’s Club, 2016 Top Ten Leadership in companywide volume, 2015 Lender of the Year at Umpqua Bank and 2012 PRMI Top Volume Producer in the region.

Outside the office, Laura is equally dedicated to the community serving as an active member of the California Reinvestment Coalition. Her previous volunteer work included serving as a board member of Fair Housing of Marin where she successfully worked with the Fair Housing Committee to restructure a grant proposal to fund homebuyer outreach and creating Employers Empowering Homeownership, a real estate workshop to help workers across the region obtain secure financing.
