Mitch Siewert

As a regional manager, Mitch Siewert’s job is to think about the big picture and get employees to understand how their day-to-day work impacts the long-term success of Umpqua Bank. The Oregon State graduate has lived in the Portland area for the past 25 years so he knows what the region’s clients need to be successful. From fine-tuning the loan process to ensuring all systems are optimized to achieve the best client experience, Mitch is particularly proud of his ability to help others grow.

In his spare time, Mitch works with Financial Peace University and the Oregon Food Bank. A self-described sports junkie and long-distance runner, Mitch says any day that involves a house project and a power tool is a good day. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Ericka and his kids Sophia and Mason.
