Greater Access Is Coming Soon

You now have access to a network of more than 300 branches throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Nevada. As of today, you may use your Umpqua Bank Debit or ATM card at any Columbia Bank ATM for withdrawals without a fee.

You can also visit any Columbia Bank location to:

• Cash checks

• Withdraw from checking or savings accounts

• Deposit funds to your Umpqua Bank account

• Transfer funds between your Umpqua Bank checking and savings accounts

You will be able to conduct a variety of everyday transactions when visiting a Columbia Bank branch.

How to Open New Accounts

Until the systems conversion on March 20, Umpqua Bank branches will offer similar but separate products and services to those offered at Columbia Bank branches.

You may continue to open accounts at any Umpqua Bank branch. In doing so, you will continue to have the option of combined statements, access to your new account through online banking and access to your funds through your Umpqua ATM/Debit Card.

You may choose to open accounts at a Columbia Bank branch, however those accounts will reside on separate systems from your current accounts and you will receive separate statements, a separate online banking login and a separate ATM/Debit Card which will carry the Columbia Bank name.

At the time of systems conversion on March 20, Columbia Bank systems will migrate to Umpqua Bank systems and most products, accounts and services will transition to those offered by Umpqua Bank. You will receive information regarding the transition prior to any changes to your accounts or services.
