Tarah brings more than 18 years of banking experience to Umpqua, along with a deep-rooted commitment to making a difference in her community. Throughout her career, she has developed and led high-performing teams, establishing herself as a leader in the financial industry and serving as a trusted advisor for large commercial clients with sophisticated financial needs.
A proud native of Manitou Springs, Tarah received her degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is driven to have a positive impact in the lives of others and currently serves on the boards for Newborn Hope, Fostering Hope Foundation and the Rotary Club of Broadmoor District. She has been recognized as a Colorado Springs Rising Star by the Business Journal, a CSLI alum in the Class of 2024, and she is a Mayor’s Civic Leader Fellow.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tarah is a devoted mother. Family is at the core of her values, driving her to prioritize quality time and meaningful connections. She also loves the outdoors and exploring new destinations and travel adventures.
