David Thorsen

If 10,000 hours of practice makes you an expert, David Thorsen has reached master level. With more than three decades of lending experience, David has experienced good times and bad in the real estate market and learned from each experience. The South Sound branch manager specializes in custom construction loans and oversees teams in Central Washington and the Olympic Peninsula. His teams have helped thousands of families achieve their dream of home ownership. As a result of his leadership skills, David has twice been named the President of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association.

An active member of his community, David served on the Driftwood Point (Lake Tapps) Homeowners Association for over 15 years and is a member of the Washington State University Alumni Association. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and his two daughters who currently attend Washington State.
