Malia Sprague

Malia Sprague’s family has been in real estate for the last 25 years. Growing up in the business gave Sprague insights into the industry and a strong desire to add to her family’s legacy. The Medford native, and recent University of Oregon graduate, is fluent in Spanish and plans to use her language skills to assist Spanish speaking clients finance their first home. Malia views her role as that of an educator, updating her clients through each stage of the loan process to ensure there are no surprises. Her ultimate goal is to help each one of her clients receive the perfect loan to suit their financial needs.

An active member of the community, Malia worked as a fundraiser for the Kids Unlimited Academy in Medford, an organization that provides food and life services to local Medford families in need. She also volunteered at Centro Latino Americano, an organization that provides resources to the Hispanic community in Eugene. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find Malia hiking and camping across Oregon, taking advantage of the beautiful scenery in the Pacific Northwest.
