Thad is a Senior Vice President who leads the national HOA banking team. He has more than 27 years of banking industry experience. Thad believes in building business through trusted relationships and a consultative approach.
Thad earned his bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of Phoenix. He has served as Precinct Committeeman for the Maricopa County legislative district for several years. He also has served as a youth sports coach.
Thad and his wife have adopted three children internationally and support multiple adoption and surgical organizations based on the incredible need around the world.
