Kevin Knudson

Kevin understands the challenges that income fluctuations and budget planning can present to first-time homebuyers. His experience with creative financing solutions and his expertise in custom construction, renovation, cash-out and refinance loans help clients make smart long-term decisions about their financial future. With a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington State University, Kevin brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the table.

An active member of his community, Kevin volunteers at his local food bank. When he’s not working, he enjoys sports and the great outdoors. On the weekends he can usually be found skiing, dirt biking, hunting, or playing soccer or hockey.
